The Caring Households at Brookestone Village are what our new concept in nursing home care is all about - feeling at home. Keeping all the comforts of home in mind, we designed intimate households, adding special touches like large double hung windows, carpeting and oak trim. And, at the heart of each household, we placed a living room and a country kitchen where residents enjoy home cooked meals served family-style.

There are a total of three Caring Households, serving 18-22 residents each. The households surround secure, outdoor courtyards with fountains and areas for walking and flower gardening. A key amenity of the property is the beautiful lake located on the west side of Brookestone Village.

Residents living in these households have access to  24-hour skilled nursing care. At Brookestone Village, our residents won't have to move to another facility to find specialized care when they need it.

At Brookestone Village, each household is paired with a team of Resident Assistants from day one allowing residents and team members to get to know each other like family. Brookestone Village is the first facility in Omaha to train each of our Resident Assistants in every aspect of caregiving, so our residents can entrust all their daily needs to them.
